Max was too innocent to see, or he had been before it was too late, that he was the monster, he was the embodiment of the problem with society, or his foil was, or both his existence and the existence of the other that he necessitated formed the nexus of the issue and if that was the case…well it was about this time that his head felt like a beehive and his train of thought blinked out of existence as if a real train had ridden into a portal to nowhere or a black hole. Could it be that it was okay to dictate what words not to say legally when most of the time a punch in the mouth was enough to remedy the problem?
